Something weird about me is I don't mind having guest/observer in my class.
Though they may be Japanese (and I am teaching their language)
And I may make mistakes while using their language.
Yes, my Japanese language skills may not be perfect
In fact, it may be far far away from being perfect.
But I like what I am doing and I am enjoying my work.
And, I don't hesitate asking them (the guest) during their observation, if I get confused.
Although I am teaching Japanese Language, I am not a native speaker. Japanese language is not my mother tongue. So, mistakes are inevitable. ( At least I think they are inevitable :P )
So, I don't mind having guest/observer in my class. And, I don't mind if someone points out my mistakes (after the class). I take it as a lesson - for me to be a better instructor
p.s: I am not good at English either. But when I feel like using English, I will just go ahead :D
